Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Dr. Dan Fabricatore, Senior Pastor
Dan has been in full time pastoral ministry for 26 years, serving in churches in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is married to Gayle and has two daughters. He is a graduate of Penn State (A.A.), Moody Bible Institute (B.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M), and Baptist Bible Seminary (Ph.D.). He is also an adjunct instructor of New Testament Greek at Baptist Seminary where he teaches courses in New Testament Introduction, Greek and exegesis. He is also the author of the book, Form of God, Form of a Servant: An Examination of the Greek Noun μορφή
in Philippians 2:6-7. He enjoys reading, aviation, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, whenever he can get there!

Todd Williams, Associate Pastor
Todd is originally from Havelock, NC and came to the Frederick area in 1993 while serving a 4 year enlistment in the US Army. He received a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a minor in Pastoral Ministries from Zion Bible College (now Northpoint Bible College) and his M.Min from Baptist Bible Seminary. He teaches the Middle School Sunday School class and his primary responsibilities at GBC are Christian Education and Youth Ministry. Todd and his wife Christy have one son, Nathan.
Steve Derrenbacher, Elder
Steve serves as the worship leader here at Grace Bible Church. He has been a veterinarian at Glade Valley Animal Hospital since earning both his B.S. (1982) and DVM (1986) degrees from Virginia Tech (Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine), and became a co-owner of the practice in 2003. He is married to Ruth Ann and they have 2 sons, Perry & Shawn. They live on a 130 acre farm where they raise and sell grass-fed and finished beef. Steve enjoys farming, the outdoors, reading, and especially going to the beach.
Bob O’Shea, Elder
Bob is originally from Brooklyn, New York, but has been in Frederick since the late 90s. He became a Christian in his early thirties, and is thrilled to serve/worship at Grace Bible Church. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Downstate Medical Center. In addition to serving as Elder, Bob enjoys teaching 9th – 12th grade Sunday School. Bob and his wife Holly have a son (Cornelius) and a daughter (Margaret). Bob enjoys reading, gardening, home improvement projects, and motorcycling.
